That same weekend, the Lakes International Comic Art Festival holds a convention from the Friday night through to Sunday. Exactly as the name suggests, the exhibition will celebrate comic book art from across the world.
The Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway and Muncaster Castle are both popular attractions in the Lake District. However, when it comes to Halloween, expect a special train service as well as the castle’s more ghostly residents to come alive.
